There is an indoor dining area with a wooden table and rattan chairs that can seat six people, where you can enjoy meals and take in amazing views through the wooden windows and door.  

The kitchen is fully fitted with marbled tables, hand-woven pieces, a fridge, and a ceiling fan. 

Move to the tiled terrace and delight in some warm summer breeze from the terrace loungers or the small sitting area with a patio umbrella. Relax in the heated infinity pool and enjoy the views across Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta.

Bedrooms are colourful complete with Mexican artworks, and vibrant bedding. 

Three bedrooms have king-sized beds and a private terrace which is ideal for a quiet semi-outdoor time. You can sit back and enjoy the breeze from the trees or relish the brilliant ocean views. Bedroom 4 is on the lower level and has twin-sized beds.

This home is a beachfront villa in Conchas Chinas with direct access to the beach via a short path. 

Conchas Chinas is a beautiful residential area on the edge of town as you head south along the scenic coastal highway to Mismaloya. Developed in the 1970’s when the affluent crowd from Gringo Gulch expanded south, multi-million dollar villas line the highway that divides this prestigious neighborhood. 

The beach side of the highway is Lower Conchas Chinas; villas perched along the mountainside pertain to Upper Conchas Chinas. Santa Barbara street in lower Conchas Chinas winds past many of these walled estates and takes you down to Olas Altas street in Old Town.

Architecturally, this villa is part of a two-villa complex designed so that both homes are completely private and self-contained, just sharing the common elevator down to the lower level for beach access. Can also be booked together for larger groups up to 18 guests. 
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
