This villa is part of the Sierra del Mar Residential Community on Puerto Vallarta’s much coveted South Shore just 10 minutes from restaurants and stores downtown. The low-density community offers a park-like setting with beautiful, manicured gardens.

You need to cross a main road to get to the beach, which is totally worth it with sandy coves 
Home is a typical Mexican hacienda style complete with quaint idiosyncrasies that come with age.  
Dinner is prepared for 7pm with extra charges for extra hours.
Please note that meals are generally served family-style, which means that all guests will have the same menu choices for all courses: starter, main entrée, and dessert (exceptions made for all special diets and allergies)   
Rate reduction may be available for smaller groups using fewer bedrooms upon prior request. 
Not all bedrooms have a TV. 
Strict noise restrictions after 10pm 
Maximum capacity is 20 people, but it can accommodate 22 with an extra charge per person per night. There is a Sofa-bed ($)
As this is a fully staffed home, a 10% gratuity is applicable  
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
