A very central location for enjoying Puerto Vallarta’s Malecon boardwalk and savoring the local vibe in luxury. On the north edge of Puerto Vallarta’s “centro” in an area known as 5 de Diciembre. Though the walk back to the home is steep, you can easily walk to the beaches to the north of the Malecon as well as enjoy a host of restaurants, nightlife and local entertainment.

Though this home has plenty of parking, the roads to get there are steep and it might be better to rely on taxis than a rental vehicle. For those wishing to walk to the beaches, Malecon boardwalk and restaurants, please note that it is a steep walk home.
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.

This is a multilevel villa that does not have a working elevator making it a challenge for guests with limited mobility.
