The design is a relaxed coastal contemporary style accented with organic details and spectacular art. An added plus is the spectacular rooftop terrace decorated in the old-world style with a fountain and covered patio dining area. This is the home where you will take spectacular selfies to share with friends and family back home.  

When you walk through the front door, you’ll notice the glamorous outlay and the spectacular views coming from the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to the ocean. Step into the living room and your breath is taken away by the view. The light, soft colors serve as a backdrop for the beautiful colors that rise from the bay.  

Eight bedrooms designed in soft neutrals and accented in sharp brilliant colors point to a style that is characteristic of Mexico and Puerto Vallarta in particular. Natural wood furnishings and framed glass doors add more interest and luxury.

En-suite bathrooms have comfortable features like hand-made double vanities, mosaic bathtubs, and gorgeous stone countertops. In addition, the two bedrooms on the lower level share a sitting area with a TV.

This home on the hillside located in Upper Conchas Chinas. Conchas Chinas is a beautiful residential area on the edge of town as you head south along the scenic coastal highway to Mismaloya. Developed in the 1970’s when the affluent crowd from Gringo Gulch expanded south, multimillion dollar villas line the highway that divides this prestigious neighbourhood. The beach side of the highway is Lower Conchas Chinas; villas perched along the mountainside pertain to Upper Conchas Chinas.

While Sundays are a designated rest day for staff (chef and housekeepers), guests may still book their services in advance for an additional fee.
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.

No cost for up to 2 children under 3 years old when sleeping in parents' bed, otherwise all other children counted in maximum capacity.
No student or bachelor party-type groups  
Renting a vehicle is recommended as there are steep winding roads to access the villa. The 15-minute walk to the beach is a steep walk back.
