The cinema room in this contemporary living area features a large, flush-mounted flat-screen TV against a textured wooden backdrop, enhancing the modern aesthetic. A plush sectional sofa, which doubles as a sofa bed, offers versatile comfort, ideal for both movie watching and accommodating overnight guests. The large open living/dining/kitchen/bar/cinema room makes a fabulous space for entertaining, gathering, hanging out or relaxing. The home has a great communal feel to it, easy living with lots of style and fun features. The home can sleep up to 13 guests with the option of including the use of the cinema room as an extra bedroom ($). Please ask. Sufi and Porta Fortuna Ocean Clubs and the pier are a few minutes' walk away. Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply. Porta Fortuna offers a refined and quiet setting, with a community curfew in place to ensure a restful stay. Please inquire for details. Visitors traveling with children should note that an open-air central patio provides entrance to guest bedrooms 3, 4 and 5. A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (MX0177).
