Three beautiful bedrooms and an open living/dining and kitchen all have magnificent views over the 4th fairway of Bahia course and across the Bay of Banderas. A fourth bedroom with two bunk beds offers a fun, comfortable space for younger guests.

Lots of love has been lavished on a custom-made interior design theme with plenty of comfy indoor and outdoor furnishings to enjoy for entertaining, relaxing, or just simply hanging out. With 270º unobstructed views, it’s the perfect spot to watch the whales pass by as they breed in Banderas Bay during the winter months.

Daytime hours bring bright sunlight, birds chirping outside each bedroom patio and wonderful soft breezes. After sunset, the bedroom suites take on a sultry glow with a sophisticated lighting system and comfortable, well-dressed beds. Each bedroom opens to the communal pool patio and offers wonderful views.

Bathrooms are all spacious with smooth marble floors, walls, and vanities.

The Principal Bedroom and Bedroom 3 can both sleep an extra child on a single trundle bed that pulls out from beneath the king-size bed.
