The Principal Bedroom, in particular, its terrace access, tropical views, and huge en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub lends itself well to romantic and relaxed evenings. Meanwhile the other two main guest bedrooms come with the same high-quality bedding and private bathing facilities, ensuring there will be no arguments on arrival. Bedroom 4 is unique in that it has bunk beds and a shower room – this makes it perfect for any children in the party, but it can easily serve as a room for accompanying staff, too.

This condo is located on Floor 3, Tower 11 in the Hacienda de Mita community inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita private development. 

The community is comprised of attractive 3- and 4-floor towers, each housing 6 or 8 luxurious condos respectively. The buildings are surrounded by extensive tropical gardens as well as manicured lawns. 

HDM is the only residential community inside the Punta Mita development to have its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, making it the ideal location to enjoy surfing, swimming and other water sports. It is conveniently situated only a two-minute walk from the village of Punta de Mita where a number of excellent restaurants can be found.

Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room that was originally intended as staff quarters where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children. It does not have AC.
