We had a wonderful stay at this luxury villa rental in Punta Mita. We loved the abundant wildlife that wandered the property. Such a special addition if you have kids who will be thrilled by all the cuteness. The rooms are all huge, the private pool is perfect, ocean views are so relaxing, and the easy access to Kupuri Beach Club made it ideal for a relaxing getaway. If you surf there are lots of options and guides who can help you find the perfect break without too many crowds. I've never caught as many waves as I did there.

Our group of three couples just returned from a week in Punta Mita, and it could not have gone smoother. From the moment we arrived, our concierge Perla took care of every detail: airport pickup, daily breakfasts, activities, and restaurant reservations were all seamlessly organized. Coordinating for six people isn't always easy, but Perla made it effortless, answering every question quickly and making sure each couple's preferences were taken into account. The surf was a highlight for us. We caught more waves and dealt with less crowds in the water than anywhere we've ever been. Whether we were out surfing together or splitting off to do our own thing, everything felt taken care of. It's rare to find a trip where the logistics are this stress-free, letting us actually enjoy our time together instead of worrying about the details. "We recently stayed here with a group of friends for a surf trip, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We've rented quite a few luxury vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of our favorites. The first thing that struck us when we walked in was the scale of the villa. The living spaces are much larger than they appear in the photos, and the terrace absolutely steals the show. The panoramic views over the Pacific with the lush green mountains in the distance almost looked fake—it honestly reminded us of a movie backdrop. We spent hours out there every day, whether it was having coffee in the morning, reading on the incredibly comfortable outdoor couches, or just watching the sunset. One of my favorite design features was how the massive sliding glass doors disappear completely into the walls, opening the entire living room to the terrace. It creates this incredible indoor-outdoor living experience that makes you want to spend every minute outside while still enjoying all the comforts of the house. Every morning our housekeeper prepared breakfast for us, and eating fresh fruit, local coffee, and huevos rancheros on the terrace overlooking the ocean became one of the highlights of the trip. It was the perfect way to start each day before heading out to surf. The villa itself feels brand new, and the finishes throughout are beautiful without feeling overdone. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the furniture to the bedding. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—even the bunk rooms felt more like something you'd find at a luxury hotel than a typical vacation rental. We weren't traveling with kids this time, but the bunk room layouts are fantastic and would be perfect for families. They actually worked great for our group of friends as well. The location couldn't have been better. This private luxury villa sits just above Kupuri Beach Club, and while it's only a short walk down the hill, having the included golf cart made everything effortless. Because it's so close, everyone in our group could come and go on their own schedule without having to coordinate transportation. We also loved how central it was within Punta Mita. Surf Club, the tennis and fitness center, and town were all just a quick ride away, making it incredibly convenient throughout the week. Our concierge, Perla, was fantastic from the moment we booked until we checked out. Before we arrived she arranged grocery delivery, so the kitchen was completely stocked when we got there, and she even had fresh guacamole and salsa waiting for us upon arrival. Throughout the week she handled beach club reservations, coordinated a surf guide (which I highly recommend if you're a surfer), arranged board rentals, helped us reserve tennis and padel courts, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Mina ended up being one of our favorite dinners of the trip. What really separates this luxury villa rental from others we've stayed in is how easy everything feels. The concierge service took care of all the logistics, the location made getting around Punta Mita effortless, and the house itself is designed so well that everyone always had plenty of space. All five bedrooms have private bathrooms, and there's even an additional powder room with its own shower, so even with a full house no one ever felt crowded. I honestly think this property works equally well for couples traveling together, two families with kids, or a group of friends like ours. We came for a surf trip, but before we even left we were already talking about coming back with our families because the layout is so well suited for both adults and children.
