Each en-suite bedroom breathes its own distinct charm and character, albeit delightfully Mexican and baptised with the name of a Mexican tree or flower. Comfort, fresh decor and the sound of the ocean promise deep relaxation.

This villa is located in the gated community of El Farallon, a stunning development near Los Veneros, one of Banderas Bay's finest beaches near Punta Mita. The estates within this private setting boast incredible ocean views and provide direct access to beautiful beaches ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and surfing. Residents also enjoy access to the beach club at Los Veneros, where they can relax on the peaceful white sand.

The home can sleep up to 16 guests ($) when sharing double beds in Bedrooms 4 and 5 with the option of providing extra beds. 
Bedrooms are spread out over two levels 
Meal preparation service is available from 8am – 9pm, 3 meals per day from a specially designed menu, according to guests’ preferences. All kinds of dietary needs can be catered for. 
Tipping house staff and concierge/ambassador teams is customary in Mexico, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.
