Designed to accommodate large groups looking for beachfront fun, this Tulum villa on Soliman Bay ticks all the boxes for ease, comfort, and location. As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a lush tropical patio garden that sets the tone for your Tulum beach jungle experience before you pass through the interior living areas to reach the pool terrace where you will see the beach and Caribbean tones of the sea beckon beyond. The villa has enjoyed a simple refresh in recent years opting for neutral tones that offset enticing Hispanic carvings on the walls in the main interior living areas while the bedrooms feature simple artwork inspired by the tropical surroundings. One of the villa’s key features includes a romantic palapa by the beach, which provides shade and the perfect location for intimate dinners and special occasions. The serene setting of the palapa, with the sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze, creates a memorable dining experience. For guests who love yoga, the villa has a large sunroof that's perfect for practicing daily asanas and meditation. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding lush greenery, providing a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere.

Living Areas
Living and socializing take place in the open plan living areas that flow out to the pool terrace with its private pool and access to the beach. Lots of seating areas with natural light as well as the shaded palapa area by the beach and the stunning rooftop terrace.
The large table outside is sure to be the host of many fabulous breakfasts and lunchtime shenanigans with delicious food served by the in-house chef and team.

Bedrooms are distributed between the main house and a separate building with two guest houses accessed from the entrance patio. The main house has 5 bedrooms, with three upstairs and two bedrooms on the ground level. Two guest houses have 2 bedrooms each.
Décor in the bedrooms is simple with bright artwork and handcrafted wooden furniture. Bathrooms in the main house retain their original charm with Mexican tiles and details while the bathrooms in the newer guest houses feature marble bathrooms and more modern details.

Shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns can cause an unpredictable influx of seaweed on the beaches in this region, most typically from May to October.

Don’t be put off by 10 minutes of dirt roads to get there. It’s totally worth it when you arrive.

This home sits right on the beach on Soliman Bay, best known for its quiet aquamarine waters, white sandy beaches, as soft as powder, and its lovely community. It can be found between Tulum and Akumal, and about 30 minutes to the south of Playa del Carmen. It is a lovely beach escape, offering a peaceful environment for those in the know, away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum for a true beach getaway.
