This modern coastal house is designed as a smaller, villa-style home with a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Set on one level, it offers an easy indoor-outdoor flow, with bright living spaces opening onto a private patio with outdoor seating and a privacy fence.

The living room is inviting and comfortable, with seating for four guests, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, and a gas fireplace, making the house appealing in both summer and cooler months. The overall feel is calm, intimate, and residential, with tasteful décor and selected artwork adding character without feeling overdone.

The dining area seats four guests and sits close to the fully equipped kitchen, making the layout practical for relaxed meals at home. The kitchen includes an induction stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and tableware.

Outside, the private patio creates a pleasant space for morning coffee, reading, evening drinks or simply enjoying the quieter coastal setting. Guests also share use of the landscaped grounds and wellness facilities, including the outdoor saltwater pool, heated indoor pool, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and communal gym.
