From its central position near Lisbon Botanical Garden, the townhouse offers easy access to both the relaxed atmosphere of Príncipe Real and the grand avenues of downtown Lisbon. The surrounding streets are home to independent shops, galleries, cafés and a broad choice of restaurants. Príncipe Real Garden, Bairro Alto, Chiado and the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint are all within walking distance. Avenida da Liberdade is also nearby, providing a direct route towards Restauradores, Rossio and Baixa. With many of Lisbon’s principal attractions accessible on foot, a car is not necessary. Public transport and ride services are readily available, while Lisbon Airport is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
