The home spans two floors with the living areas concentrated on the ground level flowing out to the pool terrace overlooking Medano Beach. This area is accessed through lovely glass doors that seal a spacious lounge diner featuring beautiful wood accent tables that give a down-to-earth yet sophisticated vibe. This space is joined by a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island. 

Multiple terraces and patios are furnished for socializing or relaxing. Besides the beachfront pool terrace, there is a quaint exterior courtyard with a fireplace tucked next to the kitchen and living area with space for six to sit outside. Meanwhile, upstairs the front three bedrooms enjoy lovely balconies.

Though set on a lively public beach, there are private beach chairs in a roped off area close to the water for Hacienda Beach Club & Residences guests. Likewise, inside the community, it is extremely private with two communal pools, one for adults and another for children, with a lovely restaurant. Meanwhile, the bustling town of Cabo San Lucus and the world famous IGY Mariana where you can jump on a luxury sport fishing yacht is just 5-10 minutes away by foot. It is the perfect hub for groups looking to explore the local area. There really is no better spot to experience the grandeur of the Los Cabos coast.

Beach chairs and pool loungers at the Residence Members Club are on a first come first serve basis and costs apply for food and beverages, equipment hire and spa services.
A minimal Environmental Sanitation fee is charged per night and paid to the local government of Baja California Sur.
