The ground floor of this property is made for entertaining. The large, open-plan layout means that your party can spread out while staying connected. The kitchen area has a stunning breakfast bar for early birds, but there is also a full dining table overlooking the patio.  

As well as a fire pit, sun loungers, and pool, the outdoor area has a covered table for al fresco dining. The pale floors and walls make the space feel neutral and let the statement stone dividers pop – the result is grand yet inviting

The layout of this villa makes it perfect for large families and friend groups because of the way the bedrooms are laid out. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, while the 5th has 2 double bunk beds, making it perfect for children.  

For those who can’t get enough of the views, there is also a bedroom which overlooks the pool with glass, sliding doors!

The development of Puerto Los Cabos is home to distinct gated communities, hotels, residential neighborhoods, golf courses, restaurants, and a world-class marina. It is also within easy reach of San Jose del Cabo for those who like to get out into the wider area.

All groups must have at least one member aged 25+ years old as a signing renter.
Guests can access the fabulous Fundadores Beach Club with oceanfront swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant and bar (fees may apply per stay, please inquire).
An access fee for Puerto Los Cabos private community is applicable per booking.
Construction is taking place next door to the villa to build a small event space. Some noise may be heard. Rates have been adjusted. 
A minimal Environmental Sanitation fee is charged per night and paid to the local government of Baja California Sur.
A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (MX0164).
