This Puerto Vallarta villa is in Upper Conchas Chinas, not far up into the development on the mountain side. Conchas Chinas is a beautiful residential area on the edge of town as you head south along the scenic coastal highway to Mismaloya. Developed in the 1970’s when the affluent crowd from Gringo Gulch expanded south, multimillion dollar villas line the highway that divides this prestigious neighbourhood.

As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
