Conchas Chinas is a beautiful residential area on the edge of town as you head south along the scenic coastal highway to Mismaloya. Developed in the 1970’s when the affluent crowd from Gringo Gulch expanded south, multi-million-dollar villas line the highway that divides this prestigious neighborhood. The beach side of the highway is Lower Conchas Chinas while the villas perched along the mountainside pertain to Upper Conchas Chinas. This villa is located in the Upper Conchas Chinas mountainside area.

Main living and dining areas are not air-conditioned 
Due to the tropical humid location in a lush jungle mountain setting, maintenance of wood and outside spaces is in constant progress and bugs and local fauna are unavoidable despite regular fumigation unless extra care is taken by guests during their stay to keep bedrooms and interior spaces closed.  
Chef service for evening meals until 7:00 p.m. is included; additional fees will apply for meals served after that time. Please inquire for more details.
While Sundays are a designated rest day for staff (chef and housekeepers), guests may still book their services in advance for an additional fee. 
Maximum 2 guests per bedroom  
Not suitable for young children (children aged over 8 years old are welcome) as pool, terrace and large windows overlook steep drop offs. 
No student or bachelor party-type groups   
Renting a vehicle is recommended as there are steep winding roads to access the villa. The 15-minute walk to the beach is a steep walk back.
