Socializing as a whole group in this villa mostly takes place on Level 2 where the open-plan living and dining area opens to the pool terrace. The spacious lounge enjoys lively artwork by local artists and the dining room sets the scene of many delicious meals prepared for you by the in-house chef.  

An office area with comfy sofas provides an additional space to watch TV or relax with a book, while the cool home cinema will take you back in time with its colorful bar and retro décor. 

The rooftop terrace and garden is also available for guests to take the sun or enjoy a special rooftop dinner upon request.  

Special care has been taken in this villa to make sure each bedroom suite has its own distinct personality, with all but one suite enjoying an ocean view and outside area to relax. 

Neutral tones pop with bright Mexican colors and artwork that play homage to the ocean and sky views.  

The two Principal Suites are particularly impressive and spacious both enjoying a lounge area with TV and private jacuzzi on a large terrace that can be accessed from both the bathroom and the terrace.  

An apartment on the lowest level has a kitchen, living and dining area, which provide additional privacy. The apartment is particularly suited for a small family within your group traveling with an infant or members of your group who may have special dietary requirements and wish to prepare their own meals or snacks. 

As this home cascades the cliffside, the floor levels descend in number with Level 1 being the entrance level and level 5 being the lowest, all united by an elevator. Bedrooms are distributed on levels 3, 4 and 5.

As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
Great party villa as it has no direct neighbours to complain about the noise.  
Only principal bedrooms have television. The home cinema and office-lounge TV provide common areas to watch TV.  
Main dining table seats 12 for formal dinners with alternatives provided for larger groups.
