One of the most iconic features of this property is the tilted balcony walkway above the main living room. It's wrought iron railings, the terracotta tiles, and arched, stained glass windows make this space feel almost holy.  

From the middle of this walkway, you can appreciate the scope of living rooms and the colossal arched entrance that leads to the pool terrace, as well as the stunning views beyond. The fully fitted, gourmet kitchen also has direct access to the pool terrace.

In most of the nine bedrooms, the terracotta tile flooring gives way to pale stone and marble, dark woods, and neutral color schemes with pops of coastal color.  

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom decorated in natural stone or marble with large, stylish mirrors. These are designed to feel spa-like, and the results cannot be denied. The bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool terrace while the upper-level rooms have access to private or shared terraces.

This Puerto Vallarta rental villa enjoys a quiet hillside location in upper Conchas Chinas, just 8 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and Los Muertos Beach. Though you will need a car or to take taxis to get around, the stunning views totally make it worth it.

All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am. 
For safety and security of the villa, guests and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time. 
Infinity pool and jacuzzi do not have a grille or lockable gate – 5 Bedrooms open onto the pool deck, so small children must be watched at all times.  
Due to home’s elevated area, precautions should be taken, especially with floating toys or light items that might blow away. 
No public transport within this quiet community, so car hire or pre-booked taxis are recommended. 
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
