This condo is located within the Hacienda de Mita community inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita private development. The community is comprised of attractive 3- and 4-floor towers, each housing 6 or 8 luxurious condos respectively. The buildings are surrounded by extensive tropical gardens as well as manicured lawns. It is the only residential community inside the Punta Mita development to have its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, making it the ideal location to enjoy surfing, swimming and other water sports. It is conveniently situated only a two-minute walk from the village of Punta de Mita, otherwise known as “El Anclote”, where a number of excellent restaurants can be found.
