Contemporary comforts and stunning architecture, this villa is all about keeping you entertained, while at the same time a relaxing atmosphere pervades. Wooden decking dances side by side with slate details and modern interior design to create a stylish ensemble that allows the ocean views to take center stage.  

Interior spaces are generously proportioned with high ceilings and zoned AC while the exterior terraces claim an open plan design where everyone can have their own space yet feel unified. A large palapa roof provides fabulous shade and the pool tempts you from all corners to cool off with a dip.  

The games area with a second large pool for polo and games room deserves a special mention. This large additional space is home to a bar, billiard table, ping pong and more sofas. Great to entertain the kids or the child inside you. Yoga and meditation lovers will appreciate the zen garden, while wine lovers might opt for special wine-tasting experience in the amazing cellar ($). 

Bedrooms are stylishly designed combining neutral tones with tropical hardwoods, promoting restful sleep by their distinctively subdued lighting. As soon as you enter them, it’s as though your brain is wired for resting. Each has access to some form of outside space, be it private patio or access to the main pool terrace.  

Bathrooms are also a treat with marble vanities and freestanding bathtubs in some suites. The outside tubs are a particular treat. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, plus two powder rooms in the main living areas.

The beach directly in front of the villa is rocky, but a sandy private residents beach club is only 3 minutes by foot or the St. Regis hotel is a short distance by golf cart.
