Though the Master Suite clearly has room to shine boasting a large study and an incredible over-sized bathroom with freestanding tub and a closet the size of a New York boutique, four additional guest suites would easy rank as master suites in many other luxury homes in Punta Mita.  

The 6th bedroom is a treat for the youngest in your group, housed within its own casita located away from the main house. Here, four bunk beds plus a bottom trundle on each sleeps up to 12 little-ones, while upstairs you will find a large media room with TV, bean bags and a terrace.

A gated community within the master gated community, La Punta Estates is one of the Punta Mita development’s more elite addresses.  Each of these large, custom-built, unique homes offers the height of luxurious living with lots of amenities. La Punta Estates is manned and patrolled 24/7.

Located at the tip of the Punta Mita peninsula, every home in the community faces the ocean. Homes on the south side have mesmerizing views over the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains – whilst homes on the north side look out upon the Marietta Islands and the Pacific Ocean. All homes in La Punta are intertwined with glorious golf holes and face the ocean.

Bedroom 6 is a casita with bunkbeds that is best suited for children and is located away from the main home yet within the gated area of the wider property.

Beach here is rocky and pebbly, but the villa is very close to the St Regis Beach Club 
Use of the golf course is strictly prohibited unless guests have a reserved tee time and must be accessed by the designated paths using golf club golf carts.  
Guests are strictly forbidden to cross the golf course anywhere other than by the designated path, which is directly in front of the home behind the ladies’ tee box – home staff will show the route. 
Kindly respect noise regulations after 11pm; music is permitted after11pm, just not above a specified decibel level.
