Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a delightful palapa roof while Bedroom 6 is located near the rear of the property next to the staff room.

JUNIOR SUITE 3 – UPSTAIRS

Just a five-minute drive from Punta de Mita, the enchanting, gated community of Pontoquito Estates offers 24/7 manned security, magnificent sunset views, a few friendly neighbors and lots of peace and tranquility. This high-end retreat is home to a great surf break of its own and just around the corner from one of the best surfing spots in the world – the “Burros” surf break. And you don’t have to be a surfer to appreciate other water sports, the beach and the magnificent nearby hiking trails. 

Full entourage of staff will pamper you at every turn with delicious snacks, meals and cocktails.  
This is a fabulous location for a wedding or event as it can accommodate large groups in the outside areas but must be requested strictly in advance ($) 
The villa has many stairs throughout the house. 
Bedroom 6 is smaller and located near the staff room. 
The only official dining area is beneath the palapa outside. If it rains, there should not be a problem, but it is also possible to set up a dining room in the entertainment area by converting the pool table into a dining area. 
For reservations of 7 nights or more, use of the owner’s luxury yacht is included for up to 10 people for one day (subject to availability)  
Access to Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses can be arranged for up to 8 people, strictly with prior arrangement and subject to a daily fee that will be the equivalent of a nightly rate in a Punta Mita condo (please inquire $)
