This Punta Mita Villa features two oceanfront principal suites, three guest suites and one garden bedroom all offering comfortable mattresses and the finest linens.

A gated community within the master gated community, La Punta Estates is one of the Punta Mita development’s more elite addresses.  Each of these large, custom-built, unique homes offers the height of luxurious living with lots of amenities. La Punta Estates is manned and patrolled 24/7.

Located at the tip of the Punta Mita peninsula, every home in the community faces the ocean. Homes on the south side have mesmerizing views over the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains – whilst homes on the north side look out upon the Marietta Islands and the Pacific Ocean. All homes in La Punta are intertwined with glorious golf holes and face the ocean.

As the beach directly in front of the villa is rocky, the architects have created two private sandy beaches on the property. Residents beach clubs with sandy beaches and the St. Regis hotel are only a short golf cart ride away.
Children should not be left unattended, as the property contains several open water features that may pose risks.
The nightly rate applies to 12 guests (maximum of 14 guests with children). An additional fee applies for more than 12 adult guests.
Optional Meal Plan includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, all appetizers, snacks and a choice of non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages ($).
Strictly quiet hours in the community from 10pm to 8am (no loud music allowed).
