This condo is located within the Hacienda de Mita community, inside the exclusive Punta Mita private development, on the 3rd floor of Building 4 in the first line of the beach. The community features attractive 3- and 4-story towers, each housing 6 or 8 luxurious condos, surrounded by tropical gardens and manicured lawns. 

Hacienda de Mita is the only residential community within Punta Mita with its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, ideal for surfing, swimming, and other water sports. It is conveniently close to the village of Punta de Mita, where excellent restaurants can be found.

TVs are available in the living room, as well as Bedrooms 1 and 2, offering smart TV features only, with no cable or satellite access.
Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with a trundle bed and a shower room, originally intended as staff quarters. It does not have AC and houses the washing and drying machines, making it best suited for accompanying staff or children.
