Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room, originally intended as staff quarters, where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children. It does not have A/C.

This beachfront condo is located on the top floor of Building 3 within the Hacienda de Mita community inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita private development. Hacienda de Mita is by far the most convenient community within Punta Mita as you can use the easy access gate to lead you directly into the village of Punta de Mita.

It is the only residential community inside the Punta Mita development to have its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, making it the ideal location to enjoy surfing, swimming and other water sports.
