The villa offers four stylish bedrooms, each designed for breezy comfort. Upstairs, two ocean-view suites steal the spotlight with private balconies, a kitchenette, and sweeping panoramas. On the ground floor, the Principal Bedroom opens directly to the pool terrace, while Bedroom Four offers more intimate relaxation with its own secluded patio. All are furnished with crisp linens, calming coastal décor, and ensuite bathrooms for true privacy.

Overlooking Playa Carrilleros, a lesson-known sandy beach in Punta Negra Cove between Litibú and Punta Mita, this villa enjoys a tranquil stretch of golden sand and light surf for boogie boarding. Though this beach has a couple of good restaurant options, it is just minutes from Punta de Mita’s dining and beach clubs yet perfectly tucked away for privacy. It’s an idyllic base to explore the Riviera Nayarit.

As this is a multilevel property, it is not wheelchair friendly and guests with small children should consider its elevated terraces, garden drops and glass railings.   
As is typical of a home surrounded by natural vegetation in the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
