This beachfront condo is located on the first floor of Tower 3, which is one of the exclusive front-line buildings within the Hacienda de Mita community inside the gates of Punta Mita. The community is comprised of attractive 3- and 4-floor towers, each housing 6 or 8 luxurious condos respectively. The buildings are surrounded by extensive tropical gardens as well as manicured lawns. It is the only residential community inside the Punta Mita development to have its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, making it the ideal location to enjoy surfing, swimming and other water sports.
