The villa is located within Porta Fortuna, an exclusive, gated community in Punta Mita with 24/7 security. It sits directly on the golf course, offering beautiful fairway views. This prime location provides easy access to Punta Mita’s world-class golf, beaches, and upscale amenities, all within a secure and peaceful environment.

For a luxury experience, the home is best suited for up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms; however, it can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children/teenagers using the bunk bedroom located in the service area.

Step-free access to the principal bedroom and common areas on the ground floor, with only one step at the entrance.
Being on the golf course means you’ll see golfers passing by and some activity across the yard, with occasional street noise.
