Inside, the understated living areas are airy and inviting, accented with subtle blue details like patterned cushions, a dining area rug, and small decorative touches that bring in a coastal calm. A fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly with the indoor lounge and adjacent wet bar, making it a lovely setting for both quiet mornings and laid-back gatherings.

The ocean-view villa’s bedrooms mimic the simple, contemporary style of the living areas. Notably, you can consider this villa to have two Principal Suites with the first on the lower level enjoying access to the villa’s jacuzzi while the second is found upstairs. Both suites are very spacious and have their own private living area with sofas and television as well as over-sized bathrooms.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located off the inner courtyard, each enjoying private bathrooms.

Full access to the Four Seasons Hotel includes access to restaurants, spa, gym, kids club, pools, beaches, Lazy River, tennis, and shops. Guests can call the Four Seasons Hotel for room service, concierge, bell services, spa reservations and more. 
As a privately owned Four Seasons villa, all requirements related to the running of the villa should be communicated to the local ambassador and/or private housekeeper otherwise any additional housekeeping services or requests made directly to the hotel will be charged separately by the hotel. 
Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply. 
Visitors traveling with children should note that a hacienda style courtyard provides entrance to guest bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. 
The pool heater and jacuzzi share a boiler, with timed operation: pool heats by day, jacuzzi by evening. 
Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at the guest's discretion and always greatly appreciated by the Villa staff.
