This luxury Punta Mita condo is located on Floor 2, Tower 3 within the Tau Residences community enjoying views of the Marietas Islands, ocean, and golf course. TAU residences is one of the most recent additions to the exclusive Punta Mita gated development in Banderas Bay on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. In addition to having access to all the beach clubs and facilities offered by the Punta Mita development, this elite community has its own club house with pool, children’s play zone, communal BBQ grill area and fitness center.  

Guests can also access common areas reserved for the exclusive use of guests staying inside the Tau condo community. Facilities include a communal pool, fitness center, children’s play area and gardens. 
Sophisticated recent renovations make this Tau condo best suited for couples or adults with older children.

There is currently construction in the neighboring building and little noise can be heard in the condo during the day. Rates have been adjusted for this inconvenience.
