While the interior living spaces in this property are sleek and stylish, this is very much a villa for those who like to be outside. The living room and kitchen areas are beautifully furnished and finished (as is the interior courtyard), but the large sliding doors draw all eyes to the natural wonders beyond.  

The poolside areas offer guests a gas grill, a hot tub, a heated infinity pool and sun loungers as well as an alfresco dining area which seats up to 8 people. Sunset dinners by the pool are made better by the bar area which can be found just inside the living space. With the doors thrown open, the living room and kitchen areas seem to merge with the outside world, making the most of the fragrant, melodic Punta Mita nights.

Sticking with the cool, modern theme, the bedrooms and studio within this property are minimalist and comfortable. Each of the two main bedrooms has a king-size bed and en-suite with both a shower and bathtub while the third bedroom and studio have two queen-sized beds each and an en-suite with a shower.   

The principal bedroom is, of course, the star of the show with stunning ocean views. Just imagine waking up to the sounds and smells of the ocean as the sunshine flows through your window. Heavenly!
