The living areas of this rental condo in Punta Mita showcase contemporary design with an infusion of coastal elegance. The open-plan space is divided into distinct yet complementary areas for dining, lounging, and entertainment.

Natural light floods the space through large sliding glass doors, which also offer access to an inviting plunge pool and views that look out over Banderas Bay where you can see the lights of Puerto Vallarta in the distance as well as gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

All bedrooms enjoy a serene ambience with neutral tones punctuated with pops of color. Two of the three bedrooms could easily be considered principal suites, both enjoying direct access to the shared pool terrace. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom at the rear of the condo has a lovely balcony with views of the mountains in the distance.

TAU residences is one of the most recent additions to the exclusive Punta Mita gated development in Banderas Bay on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. In addition to having access to all the beach clubs and facilities offered by the Punta Mita development, this elite community has its own club house with pool, children’s play zone, communal BBQ grill area and fitness center.

Housekeeper/cook working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm, and Sat, 9am-2pm. Additional hours can be arranged by prior request and subject to additional fee.
Breakfast or Brunch is served from 10-10:30 am. Earlier service can be arranged for an additional charge.
