The home is a traditional square farmhouse with a spacious living room that opens to the garden and patio and a walkthrough dining room with country-elegant dining table and chairs. The kitchen is at the rear of the home with doors leading to the outside patios and pool walkway. 

The living room features worn and cozy leather sofas in front of the fireplace making the ideal place to sit with a good book or enjoy an end-of-the-evening digestif. 

Four big ottomans take the place of the traditional coffee table creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 

Outside, the rattan sofas in front of the living room doors are a great place to enjoy the setting sun or an early morning coffee.  A covered pergola at the side of the apartment is just waiting to provide shelter for those long, lingering Italian lunches. 

The large, high-ceilinged bedrooms are traditionally furnished and feature a large armoire that doubles as a closet.  The rooms are painted in sunny colours as befits the lovely garden setting.

This is villa in Italy is located on the top of a hill in Perugia with views across the valleys and woods.

If the apartment is rented independently of the main house, guests will share the common grassy area of the main house. 
The apartment is reached via access in front of the main house – we recommend renting the apartment with the main house.

The pool is reached via a gently inclined pathway. 
Despite the rural location, the Wi-Fi coverage in all areas is excellent – including the pool and garden.

Estate roads are uneven and gravel – not suitable for sports, or very low cars.
