With its distinctive stonework tower, the home is quite delightful and makes the quintessential rural retreat. The tower and home were cleverly built in 2013 on the site of a medieval tower. The design has a distinctly antique air which is only enhanced by the outstanding views of the spectacular undulating hills and valleys.

This is the ideal home away from home in the Umbrian countryside. Sit in the shade of a tree with a book, lounge in the large pool and soak up the nature that surrounds you. The house offers good spaces for indoor/outdoor living, quiet moments and get-togethers.

The dining room and bedrooms are in the tower. A stairway leads from the ground floor to 2 first-floor bedrooms and the second-floor bedroom with its private access to the rooftop sun terrace.

The décor throughout is country chic with plaid fabrics, natural linens and soft cottons all brought together in a warm welcoming package with low mellow-toned, wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

The interior living and dining spaces are light and cozy with the soft stone of the tower as a warming backdrop. With sets of French doors opening up to the outside patio, the indoor/outdoor living and dining concept is easy and relaxing.

Large snuggly sofas and pine pieces finish the overall comfy living ambiance. This is a lovely home to use as a base for the multitude of sightseeing and activity options, not only on the estate but in the surrounding region as well. Or, stay for a week without moving – just soaking up the views and the beauty of the nature surrounding you.

Bedrooms are warm and cozy with sunny bedding and plenty of natural light. A Master Suite, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers garden access. The second Master on the top floor features a private staircase leading through a skylight window out to a private sun terrace.

Each bedroom features rustic pine, wicker and rattan furnishings and all have a rural charm that is hard to resist.
