When accompanied by children, it can accommodate up to 20 guests (please inquire $) Christmas, New Year, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks are strictly non-refundable Tipping house staff and concierge/ambassador teams is customary in Mexico, though any tips are at your discretion and should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided. As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
