With the pull of the ocean at the front of the house, all living and dining areas are ideally situated to take advantage of the
incredible views, breezes and the lull of the waves. A large pool patio extends out to a private stretch of sand offering al fresco dining and comfortable sitting areas.
The chef’s kitchen, which comes complete with a walk-in cold room, opens up to both interior and exterior living and dining areas. The kitchen area can be conveniently closed off for large-scale entertaining. Comfy, soft-tone, custom-made wood furniture throughout completes the breezy beachside living with fun punctuations of brightly-colored Mexican folk art.

Bedrooms are furnished with pickled wood furniture, custom blond wood wall surfaces, terra cotta tiles, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Bedrooms 1-5 all have private patios and/or gardens.
The ample, yet stylish, bathrooms feature verdigris-tiled walls and floors.

Bedroom 6 is best suited for the children as it comes with bunk beds and a cool mezzanine floor, while an optional staff bedroom can be made available for nannies and accompanying staff upon prior request ($).
